I remember, it was 1998, Mr. Prashant got in touch with me regarding my insurance requirement. He had just started as an insurance agent for LIC at that time.
Though being very new in insurance, he had a great knowledge of all the LIC’s products and policies, its advantages, and benefits. He explained us everything to the depth and our relationship with LIC started.
For the last 20 years, Prashant and his team are taking care of our insurance requirements. He has personal attention towards all minute details and provided doorstep service as and when needed.
Early this year, our first LIC policy (and Prashant’s first policy as an agent too) got matured and personally, Prashant did the closure formalities and handed over the cheque of maturity benefits at our home. To describe Prashant, a single line is enough. “He is a well-wisher first and a professional later !” I strongly feel that we met very late in life. But he is a thorough gentleman and gem of a person to build a personal relationship as well.
When we came in contact, I already had few existing insurance policies with LIC. He took a review of all my investment and insurance portfolio, he discussed his analysis and recommendations with me. He had a perfect insurance and investment plan in his mind. He invested his time and came up with a financial goal and plan to achieve that goal. And we decided to act accordingly.
